DESCRIPTION

EN 260, the new generation polymer additive, is the most economical product in terms of both resistance to physical and chemical interactions and cost-benefit within the product portfolio.

It works effectively with LLDPE, mLLDPE, HDPE resins. Application includes , stretch films, agriculture group products, shade nets.

-Resistant to chemical and physical interaction.

-minimizes chemical interaction caused by HALS and other additives.

-allows to work with raw materials having low and high MFI values.

– effectively works at high process temperature (<300 oC)

-Reduces head pressure up to 15% and increases output up to 15%.

-more effective in the application of low filler loading.

-extends machine and equipment life.

FOR STRETCH FILM  (App. Of LLDPE-mLLDPE)

** extending the filter change period by up to 52 hours.**

** less production interruption: non-stop production  by up to 48 hours ( average interruption duration is 8 hours without our additive) **

**being fast in changes between color: color transition is complete within 40 minutes ( average color transition is complete within 4 hours without our additive)**

** formation of die build-up  postpones by up to 64 hours.( Die build up immediately forms inside and outside of die without our additive)**

FOR SHADE NETS and AGRICULTURE PRODUCTS ( app. Of HDPE, LLDPE with UV masterbatch in process)

** Prevents  decomposition of UV masterbatch in extruder **

Uv Masterbatches are additives which tend to thermally decompositon and cause die build up  in the extruder die. Die build up shortens the periodic cleaning times in production and causes scratch on the film, distorting the quality of the film.

BASELINE EN 260  prevents adhesion of decomposed UV additives to the die. Thus, it prolongs periodical die  cleaning times, reduces production downtime, increases film quality.

** Allows  to work with resin  having lower MFI value / Elimination Surface Defects**

Polymer with  low MFI value has better mechanical properties on the product, but its processability  is poor. Especially surface defects is very common problem when the polymer having low MFI is used. These defects  affect surface quality negatively and cause abrasion in colored products.

BASELINE EN 260  improves the processability  of low MFI-value polymers as if they had a lower melt viscosity. After the neccessary time about 30 minutes, surface defects will be eliminated and more transparent film will be obtained.
