EN ECO 150, a new generation polymer additive, is an additive product developed for colored and transparent bag applications for blown film manufacturers used lineer low density raw materials.
Its physical form is pellet. Typical dosage is 0,5-1%.
It is recommended to use in LLDPE – LLDPE / LDPE polymer applications. application includes delicatessen bag, shrink film, vacuum packaging bag, punch out bag, reinforced patch handle bag, garbage bag.
– It prevents degradation of polymer and additives by making extruder barrel, screw and die coating.
– makes it possible to incroporate pigments and filler into polymer much more easily.
-allows to work raw materials having lower MFI value.
– in case of physical interaction, It is recommended to process at high shear rate (400-600s-1) and low temperature (190-210 ° C).
